In BC, there is legislation that applies to purchases of Vancouver condo presales that gives you a 7 day cooling off period called the rescission period.  You have just 7 days in which to cancel your contract and get your deposit back; after 7 days the contract is firm and legally binding.  It is very important to use this time wisely and get all your questions answered before your contract is locked in.  We do a full due diligence process on every condo presale purchase so that you can be confident you are making the right choice.

We will even be there with you at the deficiency walk through and later when you finally get your keys to your new home. If you need referrals to any service provider we can help with that too, for instance if you decide to rent out your unit we can put you in touch with some great property managers.
