Maplewood Gardens

Maplewood Gardens is a master planned community coming soon to North Vancouver. This new development will be made up of five buidings, built in two phases, and will cover an entire city block. There will be a 2.9 acre central coutyard at the heart of this development that also includes a newly constructed high street offering 31,000 sq.ft. of commercial and Live-Work space.  In addition to 15,000sq.ft of amenities, the development will see the addition of a new B-Line transit stops, as well as 100 per cent EV-wired parking stalls. Two new separated bike paths will also be added as part of the redevelopment and there will be plenty of bike storage on site.
