CORONATION HEIGHTS is a master planned community on the Port Moody side of Coquitlam, set on an 11 acre site with one acre of parkland. This phased development is by Polygon Homes, a well respected developer. Nine high-rise towers will be built on the site in six phases and, when finished, this community will have condos, market rental, retail space, a 27,000s.f. amenity building and two child care facilities.
